Well i have quit on 2-15-2014. Have not have any nicotine.
intresting thing is untill i quit i did not realise how addicted i am.
Well guess time to learn this roll call and get going on that.

Jump into LIVE CHAT. Prepare yourself for oral fixation. Get gum, mints, fire balls, jerky, fake chew...whatever works.
Drink a ton of water every day and exercise if you can, hell, just go for a walk.
