You didn't come here by accident! The rational part of your brain is telling you to quit, but the addict part is sneaky, smart, and patient . You need to post Roll every damn day, or you will become a cave statistic. Man up and be a quitter
Quitting every damn day since October 21, 2013

Figgis, I can't help but notice that you haven't been in the site today? What gives?

You are a young smart guy. I was in your shoes once. 25 years ago. Yep, that's how long it took me to finally admit that all if the "warning: this product causes mouth cancer" applied to me too. Have you looked at some of the pictures in this site? Out of curiosity, do you have an extra $45 thousand dollars laying around? Because that is how much I wasted on shit that causes mouth cancer.

Wake up dude. You have a chance to break a cycle. Retake your freedom!!! Snap out of this dude - come back, post roll. Don't give in!

Welcome! I threw out the last can late last night so day 1 or 2 here depending on how ya count... today has been a breeze. I did go out and buy Smokey Mountain today (WalMart sells it) and it's a pretty good fake if you need it (and half the price)...

Welcome Figgis. The first couple days are hard, but you can do it. I'm quit now, but I chewed for 33 years! Wish I would have found this site when I was your age.

How's day 2 treating you? Tomorrow nicotine will be out of your body. Then the physical part is over! The mind games you can deal with one day at a time.

Use this intro to journal your struggles and successes. It will serve you well in the future.

Welcome aboard. This site is no nicotine, and we quit one day at a time. It is clear from your post that you are a bad ass - and a bad ass can do anything for a day. Don't worry about tomorrow, just quit today.

Here is how this program works... In the morning, first thing (as soon as your feet hit the floor) post your promise on the june 2014 quit group. That is your promise to yourself and all of us that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. Then be a man of your word. That's it! I'll send my number in a pm to you. Reach out if I can help. This posting roll is key - do it every day without exception.

By the way, the withdrawals, the craves.... Bud, they get a lot better. You can do this. If I can, a bad ass like you can. One day at a time.

Third time trying, first time I'm going to succeed.

Dipped since 15, and quitting at 21. Kind of weird thinking something I've revolved at least a portion of my life around I am quitting. But I couldn't be happier at the thought of never dealing with it again.

Found this site on my on the night of my first day day while googling for reasons why to quit so I could just re-remind myself why I was doing this.

Living up in South Dakota for now.

I'm working towards a computer science degree, I play plenty of video games, soccer, etc. I backpack when I have time in the summers.
This is the only time being a quitter is acceptable. You gotta do it. I quit 72 hours ago and haven't looked back. The key to success is accountability. I am typing from my phone otherwise I would give you more pointers. People will text you info about Posting Roll. DO IT daily. It is your contract to stay quit for good I am a quitter and damn proud of it.
I quit with you today and everyday. Remember it's about attitude and taking it one day at a time
