Man up dude, man up and quit for yourself. Don't quit for mommy, the wife, the job, the preacher, the kid that is coming, you gotta quit for YOU as it is YOU who is putting the poison in your mouth. If you quit for any other reason/person YOU WILL FAIL...gaurenfuckinteed!
It is sooooooo simple to be QUIT, but very Hard to do. It takes real work and commitment to yourself and brothers of quit.
Simple as in: We quit ONE DAY at a TIME, by 1.posting roll every a.m. the earlier the better, promising ourselves and others that we won't put the poison in our mouth TODAY. Then, we get through the day anyway that works as long as no pussy gum or pussy patches or nicotine of any kind is involved, get to bed, wake and REPEAT

Cubbies, i was a 32 year user and thought that nic bitch was my best friend as well. Now 221 days into my quit I feel the freedom that I forgot was there. Post roll every day, don't use one day at a time and you will be glad you did.

You know I always thought Copenhagen helped me too! But it's a lie. Eventually you will see that and for now it doesn't matter much nor does any of the past or the future for that matter! The only thing that matters is today! When the pain of quitting gets bad it is important to have contacts you can reach out to and lean on for support. Your word is extremely important and making a daily promise early every day. Pm me if I can help.
