I finished my last can of Copenhagen long cut on Saturday night an went to the store Sunday mornin and bought a few cans of hooch and so far it's workin. I'm glad to be here and I dot doubt that I will slip up and buy another can of Copenhagen but hopefully someday I can kick the can for good. Cause there's no other taste like Copenhagen.
WTF, I am going to give you some time to read the forums and edit your intro before I actually respond to this disaster. The normal rate of success for a 23 yo kid is about 3% given your level of understanding of nicotine addiction I would give you a .034% chance of success.

If you go all in I will go with you but no half assed bullshit! The part I quoted above makes me want to drown a kitten.
Clutchski- you really do need to be ready and be determined. Are you? Do you want to be free? Learn up about this stuff, it really is terrible beyond what i could have let myself understand at your age-- but you are years ahead of me by trying to quit. I'm quit now because I jumped into this site's method with both feet. If I can quit with this site, you can too- but it's hard and you gotta go all in and quit hard. If you're ready, post role and we'll all quit with you. You are addicted, by the way. It's clear.

Here's a helpful link...
Nicotine Addiction 101

Let us know if you are really going to jump in and do this with all you've got. The support will be there if so.
This info helped me early on, and still does today: https://whyquit.com/whyquit/linksaaddiction.html

Quitters I’ve met so far: Ihatecope, >Pinched<, T-Cell, grizzlyhasclaws, Canvasback, BaseballPlayer, Cbird65, ERDVM, BradleyGuy, Ted, Zeno, AppleJack, Bronc, Knockout, MookieBlaylock, Rdad, 2mch2lv4, MN_Ben, Natro, Lippizaner, Amquash, ChristopherJ, GDubya, SRohde  -- always eager to meet more!

Clutchski, go back in time and hit up the welcome center, learn to post roll, and read some other intro threads. Then, using this same intro thread, post a new intro without "hopefully" and other addict speak. You can get the support you need here, but you gotta respect this house and do it the KTC way.

Welcome, Clutchski. Prepare for the storm, both in withdrawals and from the bad ass quitters on this site!

As you may know from reading here, this site has a hardcore approach to quitting. There is no "try to quit" and "expecting to cave" and "hopefully someday I will quit". And there is no sympathy for statements like "there's no other taste like Copenhagen".

I also joined the forum early in my quit, unsure if I was really quit for good. I decided to drop the addict-speak, drink the Koolaid, and quit every damn day with the bad ass quitters. Join us!

New here! Started my quit yesterday.

Hello I am new here. I've known about this site for awhile but just now signed up on the forums when I decided to quit. I am 23 years old and been dippin since I was 13 years old. I've tried smokey mountain snuff before but it didn't do it for me so I threw it away and bought the real stuff. I started doin research on other alternatives and decided to try hooch snuff and good thing there are stores around me that sells It so I dont have to worry about runnin out. My quit date is 5-18-14.
