Glad to see you doing it too! Make friends with guys around the same number of days, and others. The nicotine will be out of your body by the end of the day. There will still be physical symptoms but you are healing already! Way to go!!

Clutch, we can be pretty rough on this site, but it needs to be that way. Some of the guys will reach out to you on a personal level, and I recommend that you exchange numbers. I text with AppleJack every day, and it truly does make a difference. I had a bad stretch of posting roll, and he straightened me out. I apologized to the group and now truly realize how important it is. Man up, be accountable and post roll. You can beat this!

I imagine message delivered, right? We don't try, we do. We know we are addicts, therefore we don't tolerate addict excuses or behavior. I hope you are ready to go all in for your quit. I know I certainly wasn't ready at your age, but wish I had been.
