Around 500 days ago I joined ktc. I posted some stupid shit, just like you did... Something about "the good times I shared with my good friend the Kodiak bear." Wow did I get the book thrown at me.
You know what is different about you than me? You are 20 years smarter than me. You are now on a path to save 40 thousand doars that I wasted. Your chances of having your face eaten away are way less than mine. And you are free much earlier in life than I am.
As for your friends.... This will be a great test to see who is really your friend. Friends help each other meet goals. Friends don't sleep with other friends girlfriends - right? Same deal with meeting this goal.

Clutch - man read this post from a veteran. It's so good. I'm August just like you and 4 days into my quit. Man if I had only stumbled onto something like KTC and saved myself 20+ years of Kodiak bullshit. The biggest thing that I am stressing is the freedom. I have a good job, good wife and 2 kids and I have "scheduling" my life around when I can get my next dip for 20 years! How fucked up is that?

I was at a friends place last night. He is a good man, just a little tripped up in life. Copenhagen cans everywhere, so drunk, all he really could do is sit and ask for more wine.
