Welcome back LT. You stopped for 273 days without KTC, regardless of what these foggy headed addicts tell you.
You only posted roll twice during March 2016, and then set off on your own. I donÂ’t even remember you, and I was there. You werenÂ’t really.
You canÂ’t quit like that. Not when youÂ’re an addict. Not when you need support. The way this works, you lean on others that are going through the same thing you are, when you need it. Then, you help others when they need it. ItÂ’s a journey, together. ItÂ’s much easier than going alone, as you now know.
DonÂ’t let these bastards grind you down. Some are abusive. Ignore them. Focus on those who are willing to help you. Focus also on those who need you.
ItÂ’s not a long road. You just need to get through today.
Wildirish, I can agree with some of what you have to say. To call people foggy headed addicts and bastards? Aren't you doing the same thing you chastise? Quitting is very black and white. There are rules here that a caver needs to follow. If every caver were treated as a special butterfly, this site and its methodology would not work. This guy needs to come to clean and own his failure; otherwise, he is destined to repeat it.
You focus on the wrong parts of my post. My point is that he posted roll twice, then went on his merry way to 273 days of quit. This was without KTC. Like it or not, that is a fact.
Does he have to answer the questions? I don't know. The only real rule is to post roll every day.
Should he answer the questions? Yes, if he's serious about his quit, he should. He should answer them to help figure out why the wheels fell of his quit.
This is a guy who participated in the site for two whole days two years ago. Do I feel betrayed? No, how could I? He wasn't around long enough to even notice he was here.
The bastards part is simply an English translation of a Latin saying "Illegitimi Non Carborundum". I thought it fit, as some of you will try to do just that.
Hold his feet to the fire Eric, and challenge his excuses. Challenge him to examine why he wants to quit. Challenge his seriousness.
In all of this, remember why we are here.
LT, read
My Intro . These are some things I discovered while you were off on your 273 day excursion that might help you this time. It's indexed, with links to things, like how to answer the three questions. Again, welcome back.
