I am working on day five of quitting. I am keeping a steady supply of toothpicks, chewing gum, and flossers. I have been brushing my teeth more. That seems to help with what cravings that do pop up now.
Today, I felt confident to get rid of some stuff. I found a full box of nicotine gum in my desk and just gave it away to a coworker that dips. He took it. I also mentioned that I have quit cold turkey and told him I used a good bit of toothpicks, flossers, and sugar free gum. He said he wants to quit but cant make it past the first day.
