 Ah, I remember trying to figure out posting roll that first day while foggy as hell... Welcome aboard Howdy, you made a great decision. Post roll early every day, get to know other quitters for some peer accountability, exchange numbers. Most of all, don't use just today. Read everything on the site, it is a treasure of quit information. Start with the Welcome Center folder on the banner.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

Keep up the good work. Make use of what we have to offer here.. It will get you thru the certain trials and low spots ahead.. U don't have to do it alone.. The guys and gals here have made this quit so much easier to get thru than all the other quits.

Damn howdy, I'd forgotten about skoal being in the cardboard cans. I've been there with you all those years. I'm just a few years older and was a sucker to the bitch all those years too. Post roll and spend the next few days during the suck reading everything you can on KTC. Shot this old fart a pm if you need anything.

My name is Howdy(nickname).  I've been dipping Snuff for  35 years.  I've been averaging 2/3 of a can a day.  I started with Skoal (when the can was still cardboard) and then went on to Copenhagen.  I haven't had any since Wednesday night.  I appreciate the information on this site as I have experienced the sweating, sleeplessness, and the fog in my head.
HOWDY, Howdy..... Great decision to quit man, we dont play games here, we quit like fuck. Look in your inbox (1) and follow the link on how to post roll. All I have time to say right now is READ READ READ through this site, its stories and soak this stuff in man. Remember, Weather you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T, you are probably right. I know you can do it, we all are doing it one minute, one hour, one day at a time, what ever it takes to keep the butt hole scrapings out of our mouths. Welcome brother, pm me if you need anything
Glad you're quit brother. You are now free. Things wil get better and then they wil get great. Follow the KTC path and you will succeed. Post roll to make your no nicotine promise every damn morning. That's how it's done. One day at a time.

I quit with you today.
