PM me your number or call mine Rex. You have a (PM) private message from me with my number. Call me, I will walk you through it. W2W is right posting roll is one of the most important pieces to this puzzle.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

Click on the "welcome center" and check out "how to post roll." Therr are a few steps and some videos that will walk you through the process. Those of us that are successfully quit cannot stress the importance of posting roll enough. Spend hours learning and testing to do it if you have to. If you mess it up, someone will fix it, so don't stress. I think you are in the May 2014 group. 18 days is a great start man, jump in and let this group help you. I have to be honest... I don't know anyone that has been successful alone. There are thousands of us that have been successful using accountability + brotherhood = success. Learning to post roll will save your life.

Congratulations man! I look forward to us fighting this battle together!

Calling on the KTC Calvary this morning for some help!

I got an email this morning from RREX saying that he is 18 days quit, but that he needs some help with figuring this forum out. Hasn't posted roll and needs some assistance maneuvering. Those of you that know me know that I'm not very tech savvy... So could the wizards amongst us help this bad ass dude out? 18 days quit on his own is a feat... He's earned my respect.

Do it Rex, there is nothing to lose, but everything to gain. The first 3 or 4 days is the hardest, then its all mental. Quitting is hard, not going to lie. The hardest part is believing its possible. Once you get over that hurdle everything starts getting easier.

Brother, dump it and take some trips this year for the first time without the poison dictating your every move. We are here to help you. One day at time, that's how its done. Not asking for two days. Just asking for one. It all starts with a promise not to use for the day.

When you get a chance go to the welcome center and read how and why we post roll. Pay particular attention to why. Dig around the site, a lot a great information. That's what led to my quit. Finding the truth about this addiction was the key for me. So many lies. I'll be looking for you rex.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Being a new member, I would like to ask a question, I have never chewed the can type tobacco, I have chewed, plug, twist, rope, and even dry leaves,I started chewing in my early teens. I am now 70.Will this work for me, I REALLY wont to stop, my wife and I PLAN to travel some this year and i would sure would be glad not to carry a cup around.all the time.I chew a bag a day 7 days a week, some times more,To all you out there i would like some answers on what type to purchase, and what is a good flavor,or what works best for you, I WILL order on line, Thanks for your time all help will be welcomed  , i might be posting wrong but all this is new to me  thanks
Welcome Rex, good choice to quit.
I can't help you with fake, I haven't used it. There is a good product review somewhere on this board and I'm sure many quitters will offer advice on this. But I am 53 and chewed for 38 years before deciding to take back my life. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Send me a PM if I can help you.
If you really want to quit, you can. It isn't easy, but it is doable and it is glorious to not be a slave to nicotine any longer.
Sure it will work for you. If your truly ready and follow the plan it works. As far as fake dip, there are a lot and acceptable but nothing wrong with going cold turkey. For me I liked smokey Mountian and used it for about 90 days. Freedom is yours for a brief amount of painful suck. After 40+ year of nicotine use I started the journey of quit 693 days ago and testify it works.

I REALLY wont to stop
If this ^^^^^ statement is true then it's yours for the taking. You just have trash your stash and lets get some quit on. You are the only hold up. It's all up to you my friend. Stop believing the lies. Your believing that it's impossible. I also believed it for years. After 373 days I can honestly say that it is so possible. We weren't meant to be lead around by a can of poison. Your move.
Listen to Srans. Throw your stash out! You are right on the edge of making a great move in your life. You've been looking around this site , right? Have you seen a single person on here say ... Man, quitting was a mistake? Have you heard anyone say.... Dammit, I wish I had never quit?

Not one.

The perfect day to quit is today. The absolute worst day to quit is any day other than today. We quit one day at a time. And today I'm quit, and so is Srans. We would love to be quit with you.

After years of taking: time, health, pride, money (get out your calculator) and daring each day for cancer or some other illness to step in to you and your family's life... Today you have the chance to break the cycle. It is hard, no doubt. One of the hardest things Srans or I or many if the others have ever done. Also probably the best thing we've done. You are bigger and stronger than a chopped up plant.

Today man. Today. Don't wait!

He'll yes it will work. If you are ready to quit. You and me and all the other thousands here are addicted to nicotine. Not dip, chew, leaf or plug. It's all the same thing. I have been quit for 91 days after 26 years of stuffing 2 cans a day into my mouth. It is THE BEST thing I have ever done for myself!

Upon re-reading this: (Are you asking about flavours of fake no niicotine chew, or the real thing? If you want advice on the real thing please go away)
I'm confused now. Try to help and feel like an idiot
I'm 42. I chewed for about 25 years. Are you a worse addict than me? I dunno. I know that I am a major nicotine addict. And I haven't been near nicotine in 425 days.

You are in the right place. We quit here one day at a time. We post our promise in our quit group (may 2014 for you) and we keep our word. First thing each morning , before letting the dog out, before hitting the head, we post our word. If you are a man of integrity you can so anything for 24 hours.

The beginning blows. It just does. You. YOU did thus to yourself for a long time. You can quit dude. If some weak ass like me can so it, you can. It can be done!

Get some numbers. Lean on us. But do not under any circumstances give in without contacting me. Ok??? Life is so good when it is yours. And today, however bad it was, was yours. And it gets a lot lot better. Check your inbox for my info.
