KTC can help you quit. You need to own your quit: read everything here! The welcome center will give you the 101, and from there you can get a PhD in quit from the HOF speeches and intro threads. Post roll and get #'s from your quit brothers and sisters. PM me if you have any questions.

Hello everyone,

Well today is the day. After 7 plus years of chewing its time to quit. After reading many posts on this site and a few HOF speeches, I flushed what was left in my can and I'm not looking back. From the support I've seen from members, I know I can quit. It's time to stop being a slave to nic and become a slave to quit.
That is Awesome!!

If you haven't already visit the welcome center and check on how to post roll and etc.

From time to time also check in with live chat and make sure you are geared up and ready for a fight

I am available anytime, just click my name and send me a message anytime..

Together we can do this 'oh yeah'

You've made a great decision. The next few days will suck, no way around that, get yourself some candy, gum, sunflower seeds or fake herbal dip to help with the cravings. Drink lots of water and exercise can help as well.

It takes about 72 hours for your body to detox from the nicotine, from there on out it is a mental battle. One that this site and your quit brothers can help you win one day at a time. If you haven't already check out the welcome center, it's the pinkish link at the top of the page. Find your new February group and post roll with them, don't worry if you screw it up the first couple times, they'll help you get the hang of it!

Check your inbox for a message with my phone number, text me if you need anything or just need to vent. It won't be easy, but I can promise you that it will be worth it.

Proud to quit with you today!

All things are created twice. Just as a building starts with architectural drawings, your daily quit begins with a promise. Go post roll here - index.php?showtopic=8993

after reading this - index.php?showforum=13
