Hi all, I am here to admit defeat. I joined this site 5 years ago to help me get nicotine out of my life - and it worked! I stayed loyal to my group and my quit due to the support from this site.
Unfortunately, due to stressors I slowly slipped back into my old habit over the last 6 months. I was pretty upset about it but kept shoving it in my mouth. All the familiar disgusting traits came back, stained teeth, hiding it at work, falling asleep with it in, eating more crap, nasty spit cups in my clean truck,, etc etc.
So, I manned up and came back with my tail between my legs.. I threw my cans in the trash this AM and will be posting roll again for the first time tomorrow morning with the Sept group. In retrospect, instead of pulling into the gas station for a can 6 months ago I should of logged in here.
Looking forward to quitting with the Sept team.
