I'll tell you a little quit secret of mine. It is 100% guarranteed to work. Has never and will never fail:

NO MATTER WHAT, DO NOT EVER PUT ANY NICOTINE IN YOUR BODY AGAIN.

Fuck'n drug addict. Understand what WE are.
I'll second that advice with some more:

Anybody can write words on the interwebz.

Your actions make you what you are however, and the only person that truly matters in this quit is you.

Back this shit up and show me you've learned since last time.

I'll have your back.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Stopping by your old group would be nice. Like others are trying to tell you CoachT, and I can attest, you're roll posting was half ass. Get involved. I quit with you today and I will support you but YOU have to do the quitting.

This guy ^^^^ was there to support you. You decided to go your own way. you paid the price.

Failure does not need to define you. You get to choose what defines you. We can help, but only if you choose to help yourself.

Tomorrow marks the 9 year anniversary of you being gone. I can't believe all that has happened since you have been gone, 3 of the 4 have graduated high school, 2 of the 4 graduated college, 1 had a baby, we all have jobs, we all got our licenses. I honestly never thought I would make it this far. I so wish that you could be here with me, Alexa, Connor, and Tori. Seeing all of the things we have accomlished...and everything that we still have yet to accomplish. Graduating high school, moving in at college, graduating college, having kids, buying a house, baseball games, first jobs, first girlfriends/boyfriends. I know that you are proud of each and everyone of us, but I/we need to hear it from you. We want you to be here to tell us "Nice pitch", "Congratulations on graduating", "Have I told you I loved you yet today?" (which Kenra and I try to do everyday now :)) It is sometimes just hard to get through the day. And to think...all this over a stupid dip...who would have thought?

Coach.....

I'm glad you're here. Can't stand the fact that it is because you are coming back after leaving and caving in the first place.

Being a coach, and I don't care what it is you coach, you should know better than many that having a strong...STRONG...game plan is key to success. What happens in a game if you start leaving that plan and trying some things you never even practiced before? Or you write out that game plan but fail to run it in practice? In most cases, you lose. Why? Because you didn't stick to your plan - especially when you know that plan has resulted in success in the past.

I think it was pointed out that having less that 70 posts for someone who reportedly went over 200 days is very telling. Frankly, not really acceptable. Hell, I bench kids during games that miss practices.

Stay active in this quit. We all want to see you succeed. Do your part, bro.
Blah...Blah...Blah...You keep TALKIN....I'll keep QUITTIN

I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to support YOUR quit.

:ph43r:
1. Thought I could get away with having 1 while bored.
2. I justified it in my head and did not talk with a quit buddy about it.
3. I will put in place a true plan and post everyday. This is not a 100 day commitment but one for life. I want to live to see my retirement and my wife's retirement and by killing myself with dip that won't be possible. I do not want my life to revolve around that next pinch. I will make my posts and truly buy in to this program and my quit group.
I tossed you aside till I read that. Can you live it? One day at a time? Buyin into this program means getting close to strangers and exchanging numbers like a boss. Texting/calling a brother or sister daily and particularly when you're feeling weak....we all have weak moments Coach, its how we react that defines our quit and our life.

Hello everyone CoachT back where I never wanted to be and that is a user of dip. I did my 100 days earlier this year and felt great doing so. I even made it to 200! I however slipped up and am back where I started. I did not have a plan in place to help myself out and now that I am married I do not want my habit to be an issue. It is not only for her that I want to stop again but also for myself.
It can only be about you.. I tried to quit for everyone else, and that didn't work. Only YOU can make a choice not to use, and stop your suicide mission.
You're a coach? How would you feel if one of your players kept making the same stupid mistake? over, and over, and over? That's what you're doing..
Free yourself of that stupid cycle.. One of these days, one of your cycles will end in cancer...

You didn't "...slip up." It's not some little mistake. You fucking caved.
It's not a habit. Jamming my booger hooks into my nostrils in public is a habit. It's an addiction.

You see, I'm a big fan of calling it what is is.

Now forgive me if I'm out of place, being new to this and all, but I think I see the problem. You had over 200 days of quit under your lacey pink belt an only 69 posts? The minimum requirement is typically a 1:1 ratio of posts:days quit. That's a promise every day not to stuff your pie hole with cancerous filth.

No roll post? No promise.
No promise? No accountability.
No accountability? No quit.
No quit? No life.

Life or fucking death. Maybe when the finality of death by cancer sets in you'll tap into your noodle and call the act of caving what it is.

So, what's going to be different this time?
