zekec I'm 68 and laughed when I first started posting in KTC cause I was asked why do you want to quit NOW? (I'm 67 years of age and smoked and chewed for 53 years). I now have 48 days quit and really feel a part of a strong force of quitters on this planet. Lots of tough folks here, getting stronger every day. I am glad you have decided to quit. You will help my quit to be stronger. Thank you for posting.
