I have been chewing a can a day for the past 8 or so years... I have tried quitting a million times on my own but never had success... While I had never seen much value in posting/participating in a community, I am at the end of my rope here and need to try something new since I truly feel "powerless" over chew and I fear leaving my young kids and wife early due to my inability to quit chewing. So... Here I am, starting out tomorrow, I will be quitting, hopefully this time for good!
