Don't worry about the taste of it. You are an addict. You could pack a wad and shove it up your ass. After time, you would say that you like the feeling of shoving tobacco up your ass.

When you control your addiction, the blinders will come off and you will realize that you don't like the taste, it is just your addicted mind playing with your perception of reality to get its nicotine fix.

Post roll and make your promise not to dip. You will battle, hurt, cry and fight for your freedom. It will suck but when you trick your mind back, you will have a new reality that tobacco is just a gimmick that kills and enslaves.

Everything tobacco represents is disgusting and dumb. Right now, you are looking at life with an addiction that controls you.

My advise...detox for 100 days and then you will be advising others on what a crock of shit the tobacco industry is.

You can put sugar and salt on most anything to improve the taste. They put that in chew, but they also add some rat poison, 1,000 chemicals, etc... enjoy!

Well I can think of two ways to quit for good.

1. Join up with Dec. post a daily promise to not put that shit in your mouth, be a man and keep that promise all day. Come back the next day and do the same. Again and again, or.......

2. Sew your lips shut.

Personally I hope you choose option 1

Nobody used tobacco the first time and said "Oh my god, this shit tastes amazing!". Nope. It was after the buzz and the beginning of an addiction that our brains convinced us that it tasted good. The shit tastes disgusting I can assure you.

It's time for you to grow a sack and quit. And no, that's not negative advice. Any advice you can get is positive when it comes to getting your nicotine washed mind free and clear.

Yep...you're an addict. I know you think you like the taste. We all thought that. It is the nicotine...pure and simple. You know why they don't make tobacco flavored cookies, cakes, steak sauce, chips, etc? Because that flavor sucks. It is the nicotine.

Need Advice

Hello everyone, I had been chewing for four years and decided that enough was enough and quit cold turkey. I was clean for about 8 months until I gave in and started again. I am now chewing on and off and I just want to quit for good. I know all the negative health effects of chewing, as that is why I initially quit, but I just like doing it too much. I like the taste, I like how it makes you feel and it just seems to be overpowering my will to quit for good. Any positive advice would be appreciated.
