Hello everyone,

Stumbled upon this site a few days ago and it encouraged me to quit. Im 4 days in and seems to be getting easier on me. Thanks.
You'll get a lot of great advice here. Some you may think is strange, some may scare the crap out of you.

If you've taken this first step, saddle up and buy into this ride all the way.

There has been 10s of thousands of members before you, and I'll bet anything, not one regrets quitting. Promise first thing in the day to give up nicotine for that one day. That's all that is asked of you. You do that and you can win.

Be a winner ... it is all up to you.
Quitting alone has been a fail for everyone here. When you quit with a team you can succeed. Join your quit group and succeed every damn day! B)B

Why don't you read the welcome center, learn how to post roll and have all kinds of accountability. This shits hard with help , why do it alone?
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD
