I see you reading something else every time I look at your profile, ramping up for the quit!! I like it bro, you should do exactly that ... but post roll in December first!

Your quit group is based on your quit date + 100 days. That puts you with December. Go post, enjoy what the nut-house that is KTC has to offer!

You need to fully commit to your quit and this site. Every time you feel a crave get on this site and read.
There is a wealth of knowledge on this site and everyone was at the same spot as you.

Be the leader of your own intro and tell us more about you. If you make KTC home for awhile we will give you much more than moral support. We have free phone or text support, we have get together support, and we have drive to your house and kick your ass support if that's what you need. We QLF HERE AND WE TAKE IT SERIOUS. welcome to the nut house, you will enjoy it.

Please reach out to as many quitters as possible. It took me a while to get use to the fact, being a quitter is a good thing. Read, read, read, post, repeat.... When you need support reach out, please!

After chewing tobacco for 24 years and after making any number of isolated attempts to quit, I present myself here.

Am quite desperate to leave this damn thing behind.
