Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

I just went back and read the 1st entry into your Intro. I can see myself in it. So many failures in the past, looking for a way out of this mess. It gives me courage that with the support of you and others like you here this is going to be the quit to end all quits. You mentioned a song by your favorite band in your 1st post here. It made me think of a song by my favorite "band" that is a better fit for you now. (And maybe it fits me as well.) It's been a long time coming, but I know a change is gonna come

Thanks for the support - KTC and the incredible people here are the foundation of my quit. I missed roll for the first time last week - that was a huge disappointment and a wakeup call. Being quit has given me the ability to focus on the multitude of other things in life that are so much more important than nicotine. Thanks for the song link Mike1966 - I liked it.
