Welcome man- Great Intro by the way. I agree that most dippers are athletes or at least competitive. I know I always thought smoking was way worse for your body than chew was, but there both garbage. Glad to see you've joined this group. I know for me, it's just nice to be able to see others people going through or have gone through what I'm experiencing. I'm on day 3, but I really don't miss it. I've thought about it yes, but I keep thinking how proud I am of myself for not caving.
