I dont even remember days 1 thru 5
Think The Walking Dead, after that one nasty sob to those who chose to speak to me-scary stuff.
Around day 14 -15 starting to feel ok ,more sleep, more energy, cardio has improved as well.
Craves still suck but getting alot of help from the vets.
Stay quit men.
It is quite the journey. Think roller coaster ride. Don't get cocky during the highs and don't get too down during the lows. Next day is a new day.

Keep chopping wood !
Quit Date: March 23 2012

I am Quit today. Tomorrow ?
Not impressed with rants from the 'Do As I Say Not As I Do' crowd.

Welcome, lbj. Congratulations on your quit!

After Day 3 everything is a mental game; you need to do everything you can to protect your quit. Check out this link: index.php?showtopic=5098

Please Note: We quit cold turkey here, meaning no nic patches, gum or tobacco products.

Also read everything you can under this link: KillTheCan.org.
Information is power when it comes to quitting.

The initial days of quitting suck, but your life is worth the fight!!
If you need anything else, just shout.

Keddy
