  • Interests: Outdoor activities, riding bikes, taking my English mastiff for a ride, and eating now that I have quit. Food has become comfort to me right now and I will probably have to ask the vets help on that to.

Indeed, you've come to the right place. The place where quitters are born and do not die. It simple, sign up, post roll every day and commit to yourself and to all your group that you will not dip or touch nicotene for the day. Repeat until you die from old age.

You are in the right spot, except that, here there is only DO not TRY. I have been off the "weed" for four days now and if not for this site and the Big Nuts - Just Quit attitude of the fella's here - I would have caved in on Day 2.

Everybody here will help, you will quit. Failure is not an option. Spend time reading everything on this site you can.

Cancer and Death will not work on your Time Table, why work on Theirs - Quit Today.
If you fail to plan, plan to fail.
The older I get, the better I was - made an even bigger improvment the day I quit dip.

Hello everyone, I have been dipping for about 5 years and I have tried to quit several times. Now I am starting to feel more afraid as time goes by, realizing that I have been doing it for awhile. I don't want to get cancer and the idea is starting to scare the shit out of me more and more. Enough is enough and now is the time to call it quits.
