Yesterday was my first-again-again-again(you get the idea) day quitting and I am surprised there's actually a support forum for it. I am keeping off this time and am glad I can be around people that are doing or have done the same.
no......

yesterday was your first quit......all the other times you took a break from "cancer roulette"

I dipped cope for almost 30 years and had taken numerous "breaks". When i found this forum and realized i was not alone......i quit.

Read, read, and read some more.....it is comforting to know that everyone on here who posts roll today has given you thier word to quit with you today.....no matter what. You can do this.....we can help.

Step up and drink the kool-aid...post roll first thing each morning, realize it is the same as shaking my hand, looking me in the eye and making a vow.....it is a wager of your honor and integrity....every day. Do not take such an act lightly.

Then keep your word.

you need to yell, scream or throw a tantrum?....do it here. Get a plan and get some numbers.....

Finallly, you have the opportunity to QUIT. not just take a break.
Welcome to the rest of your life!

Tell us a little about yourself. What's your story? We are a really tight community and I'd love to know more about my new Quit Brother.

I second Mule. You haven't Quit like this before. I hope you get as much from this place as so many have, including myself. All it takes is giving your Quit the respect and attention it deserves. Let's face it, This is a Fight for your life.

Hit me up if you need anything.

Welcome!!!
