texsmith, throw all you have my way. I can handle it. You have made the first important step throwing all that nasty shit away ( I wouldn't have called it nasty when I first quit). I loved the stuff then. Take it one day at a time. You can do this. Be active in your quit group and post often. PM if i can do anything to help.

Ok, I'm in. Its 12:02 am. I just flushed the shit and threw away every empty can I could find (I have been known to lick the rest out of a can in desperation.) Its now 12:04 and all I can think about is that brand new fresh can of Red Seal Natural Long cut I just flushed down the shitter. And just to be honest with you.....after reading all of your posts......I will hate you tommorow.....and no offense, thats better than hating my wife.
