I am on Day 10 myself. Welcome to the group.

For me it has been better than expected. However, I must say I have been a little extra cranky.

Welcome to Your quit Penree.  I’m also in the May 2019 group.  Make your promise with/to all of us everyday, WUPP, Wake Up Piss Post, every morning then keep your word all day.  Reach out to your quit brothers when times are tough.   Kick that mic bitch to the curb!  I’ll send you a pm with digits, but you should take a few minutes and tell us a bit about yourself.  How’s the fog been?

On Day 10 and it’s still hard.  The cravings are still there.  They are less frequent.  This is my second quit attempt after being chew free the last time for 6 months.  Gonna beat this thing this time around.

Penree,

Welcome you Crazy Bad Ass! Congrats on making it 10 Days by yourself. This shows us you want to quit. Happy to have you here with us Masters of Mayhem. If you have any questions please feel free to hit me up. I'm also in the Masters of Mayhem May 19 group, look for a PM as it will have my Digits! You have gone through most of the tough part already, but you are now no longer alone!

We have a good Brotherhood going in the group. The main this is to Wake Up, Piss, and Post Roll! Again if you have questions let me know as I'm here for you Brother.

Honored to be Quit with you Today!

Check your PM's Brother as you have my Digits!

Hi Penree,

Welcome to site.  10 days on your own is pretty bad ass.  You can find your quit group HERE.

That is the May 2019 Quit group.  There are a bunch of bad ass quitters in that group and you would do well to get in there and get to know them.  Exchange numbers with them and build your wall of accountability and brotherhood against the evil nic bitch.

If you would like to add my digits to your network, send me a PM and I will happily oblige.

Go to your group and post roll (your promise not to use nicotine for today).  Come back tomorrow and do it again and every day after that.

Proud to quit with you today,

Chris
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.
