The last couple days I can barely think straight, even today Im having a hard time.  is it normal to still be in the fog this far out (6 days).  from what ive read they say that within 72 hours the actual withdrawal symptoms from nicotine are gone and after that its all "just in your head".  But this sure does feel real and not something im imagining because my brain wants some nicotine.  whats the longest these brain fogs last? thanks.
It's going to take time, but you should even be worrying about how long.

Can you make it through today? Of course you can. So just focus on today. Worry about tomorrow when it comes.

Welcome to your freedom from addiction Joseph! It isn't easy, but it is simple.
The fog will go away, it is a little different for everyone.
Congrats on 6 days! Go post roll every morning promising not to use nicotine that day. Quit that day. Do it again tomorrow.

Man , The fog could last three hours or three weeks but man I promise they will get shorter and less often. Hang in there brother. Reach out if you need to..
