thanks guys, i really appreciate your support and the whole KTC community. No way I could have done this alone and without accountability. I quit for myself first, but have worked hard to build up a network of peers that I will not let down. Its such a big deal to have other quitters to rely on, that have been through the same battles with our addiction.

I am still incomplete as a person, but one battle at a time. I swear I will do the HOF speech when I have closed the circle and feel I have truly earned it.

Closing in on one year and so many emotions.  Still have the mind games, like the old one dip a year won't hurt.  Before everyone attacks, I am not doing it, just on guard.  About this time last year I was chomping away on nicorette and on my way to Michigan, no idea that i would soon be completely done with nicotine.  Here is to a better 2014. I know what you mean with the mind games. Still happening here too. It dosnt help that I work with a bunch of dippers. I spread the word that freedom from addiction is possible every day. Keep on quitting. We will hit a year together.

429 days in, I am starting to believe that dip will have no positive impact in my life. It will bring no pleasure or satisfaction, only disappointment and all that I have built here will be gone.

There is a lot of value in staying active in KTC, whether on the boards, in chat, via text, etc... Learning the value of being quit and one day at a time is central to what I believe in. 'boob'
