I agree. Join the April ‘18 group. Post your promise. Keep your promise. Never forget how much the first week sucked. Stay quit.

The KTC formula works if you buy in and drink the Kool-Aid.

Jason,

The reason you feel like that is because you are depriving your addicted brain of the one thing it "thinks" it needs. Yes, it sucks. NO, it will not suck forever. Assuming you're more than a once and done, I invite you to go find the April 2018 quit group, put on your man-pants, realize that you're going to be in for a massively sucky week or longer, and post up your day one. Then you have to honor that post/promise. We do this simply, one day at a time. But make no mistake....simple does NOT equal easy.

Ball is now in your court....what are you going to do?

I had a small dip at 8 am.... I feel like I'm loosing my mind. My moods change minute to minute and I want to inflict pain on myself to get out of it. I need some help or I'm going tpo lose it.
