My promise is to never poison my body with this lie.

Welcome to the site. I see you have already posted roll in the correct group and didn't mess it up. Nice work!

Second, don't worry about never and just worry about today. Who cares about tomorrow when it comes to your quit. Just post roll in the morning and promise to quit that day. These first few days might even come down to worry about the next five minutes because the cravings will be that bad. Just hang in there, join chat, text or call someone who you exchanged numbers with. You can make it through it just like we all did.

I suggest reading everything you can on this site, especially the words of wisdom section, and the hall of fame speeches.

PM me if you need someone to exchange numbers with or if you have any questions.

I am soon to be 42 soon and have Finished my first day dip free. I had my first dip at about 8 years old. As the result of my Grandfather letting me try some Happy Days in the hopes I would get sick and never do it again. How I wished it would have ended that way!!
Well I m here now because I want my life back without the use of chemicals. I want to be around to watch my son grow up, and I'm tired of giving my hard earned money to poison my body. So to my new found Brothers and Sisters: My promise is to never poison my body with this lie. No pity party, No candy coating. Just removing something from my life that never should have been a part of it.
Snuff out I'm with you. Pm me if you want help or a #. Freedom is underrated!
