Just sent a email via the pm system. He didn't seem to have been on In a few days.
Got a regular email from him. It would appear he doesn't have time to go it the KTC way.

"Hey, I've got my own fish to fry right now...There are various reasons why i haven't been checking and caving isn't one of them.

Rather than be some distraction to the precious list, please remove my name from it.

I will check in from time to time.

Good luck to my fellow quitters"

Sounds like the quit isn't very important to him.

Dude, what the hell. You are not even on the spreadsheet anymore if you care to notice. You are on the caved/lost tab of the sheet now. 57%.

You had sporadic posting of roll this whole time and, recently, missed a string of days blaming it on computer issues. Are you really committed to the quit?

Get some digits, PM me for mine. If your computer 'breaks' again, you can PM someone each day to get your ass on roll.

If you don't jump in with both feet you won't make it. You need to make that promise each and every day to be successful DJM. Quit 57% ain't gonna cut it brother.
Is this 57% bullshit accurate? What a fucking spineless pussy this is. Decades of LIES.

Great decision DJM! I started chewing around 79 or 80 so I know what you are going thru. You've made it thru the toughest part of the quit, so stay strong and quit. BTW, I never thought my wife new either, but she did. She has been very supportive of my quit and I couldn't have gotten to day 46 without her.

Especially the kids. Hard to pull off too much in front of the children. Come clean. Get it out there, and get it done. post up here. I'll quit with you today.
Baby steps....Im going to deal with one issue at a time. Telling the Mrs would be more of an issue than quitting itself! But thanks for the encouragement...

I Put my name on the "accountability list"... Its on.

who you tell is your business...i told my wife last night that i had rejoined this site and she basically knew what i was talking about...i will tell you though, it will be a huge relief for you to tell her and get it out in the open. It will add another layer of accountability. She might be disappointed in you but if she's decent people then you will hopefully find your biggest cheerleader. Until then, congrats...one day at a time my friend.
Boy I sure could use a beer right about now!

I started in '82 or '83... Cant actually remember its been so long. My older brother ( who got me started) is the only member of my family who knows... Ive been chewing in hiding for a long time. My wife of 20 years and 4 kids are unaware... The older I get ( 55 in a week) the more this tired body starts to creak ... Other than the denial that the wad in my cheek could cause me harm, I was never aware of the relationship tobacco had to joint issues ( as part of the night shade family)... Alkaloids = BAD

What an idiot!  This is not the first time GOD has slapped me "upside 'da head" to get my attention..

I quit last week ( March 27th , 2014)

Dude... as ninja as most of us were... you'd probably be surprised at who knows you dipped!

Welcome in bro... glad you're here. Stick with the plan and you'll be amazed at what happens. Let me know if I can help in any way...
I would have to agree. Just the breath alone is enough. Tongue action packing it in is also a dead giveaway. You will have some anger issues having dipped so much for so long. Bring your anger in here and keep your family out of it. Drink an ocean full of water, take Motrin, whatever. You can do this with the right attitude.
