Hey Apple...Best decision you have made in a very long time. This is one of the most personal, selfish thing you will ever do - but that is okay - because you need to do it. You need to save yourself. Taste freedom, friend, one roll post at a time! The road to recovery will be bumpy - but - guess what? - pfft - you just picked up 28,000 new friends to help you through it. Push through the funk, push through the suck, and try to laugh about it along the way because you can do this.

If you need digits, I am just a PM away.

FLLIP
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

I am on day 8 of the rest of my life. After 22 years of Copenhagen and at least 10 years with 2 - 2.5 cans a day I am starting my quitting journey. It seems there has always been a reason not to quit but I have finally came to the conclusion that there is never going to be an easy time. I have had some recent dental issues that have put me over the top of wanting to quit. I usually stay stressed out so I feel that is going to be my biggest challenge. I always used dipping for stress but am going to find a new drug free way to handle it. I am learning to deal with the stress including some of the members on this site I have already had problems with. I am not going to let anyone get me off track of my journey. Thanks for reading my story and I look forward to being a part of the community.
Quit for you, don't worry about the others so much. Drink lots of water, exercise through craves, read this site for inspiration and post roll first thing every morning.

As far as stress goes, rage here or in chat (not at home or at work). I found the heavy bag in my basement got a good workout when the stress built up, others have done pushups oil they dropped. You can do this, do it one day at a time.
