Team you can do it. I found this site 11 days ago while I was researching how to quit with a huge wad of grizzly, I thought about waiting till the next day, but I stumbled on the cancer stories section. Tossed it right then and there and never will go back!!
Grab your balls and man up. Spit that shit out and post roll in you group and start right now not one person here will disagree start right this second we got ur back. Toss it and quit it.

Day 1 was lost when I found the site with a dip in my mouth - I am not going to start my first day by lying about it. But I appreciate the encouragement.

Well, I'm gonna ask the standard question: Why wait till tomorrow? Ditch the can(s) and make today DAY 1. It ain't gonna be any easier tomorrow.

New to group

Hello all - I am sure like many of you have tried to quit before
My story is simple - 20 year 1-2 tin a day user. Three little ones at home 7 year old and twin 5 year girls. Since I would like to see them grow up - I have made the choice for me to quit so I will be there to walk them down the aisle. It's that simple - but I know quitting wont be - glad to be along for the journey - day one is tomorrow
