Yeah actually was on lozenges for 5 years. I used about a box every week. Also I chewed red seal long cut wintergreen which was a big can. Got a sore on my tongue that scared me pretty good. I hope things get better than today. My head is really out there.

Dude, you were on lozenges for three years? Wow. That, plus three cans a day prior, it is definitely time you shoot nicotine the finger for good. You're going to save a fortune.

I'm working on Day 5. Seems to get better each day. I think day 3 was the worst for me. Welcome aboard -- it's time we both quit for good.

A little more information, I chewed for about 15 years was up to about 3 cans a day, quit about 5 years ago and started using nicotine lozenges, have been on the lozenges for about 5 years. It's time i completely remove nicotine from my life.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone in this group. My quit day is 2.20.12. The haze has cleared up a lot on day 3, but still fill a little like I have adhd. Eating the #!#% outa some sun flower seeds.
