The others have given you some fine advice and cleared the addict speak nonsense (driving, money, fake, weight, blah blah blah) quite well, so I will just add that you should check out the shit some other quitters have done.
I would like you to find the QSX endurance club (if you are a runner / endurance athlete post up), mainly to read Mike Land's recent race report. He has lost 100lbs since quitting, and completed a half marathon in just over 2 hours.
You will be amazed what quitting does for your exercise - the sheer will power it takes to quit will make you realize how mentally strong you really are, and your workouts will benefit greatly.
