I suggest to not operate any heavy duty machinery while you are in the midst of the suck or the fog for that matter. Instead why don't you read as much as you can on the site. Reading got me through my hardest times and still does to this day. Go check out chat a wealth of knowledge to be had there. Strap in put your tray table in the upright position buckle the helmut and get ready for the ride of your life. You are quit today so am I. Post everyday fuck it up and it will get fixed in the beginning no worries. Need to talk or want a number or anything else pm me. Great decision you made. Proud to be here with you

Man I tried the roll call thing and I think I messed it up, I can't think much right now, I think I am going outside to play with a chainsaw.
Don't worry about messing shit up. We will take care of all that for you. What you need to do is give your group (which essentially is the whole site) a promise that you won't use tobacco today.

BTW, your brains are gone for now, in fact they have been since you were 16 or so, minus those breaks you took.

It is time to reclaim your brain from the nic bitch. Ready for it? Then lets do it!

Yea, you messed it up. No worries. Someone already fixed it. Right now, worry about quitting the rest of the day. Give roll call another go in the morning. Welcome aboard. The important thing is you gave your word. One day at a time.

You been here 5 minutes and get an offer of that kind of support? You turn your back on it, ever, and LOOT will agree, you are one Stupid, Stupid SOB. The door has been opened cupcake. You gotta walk through it and hang your hat on the Roll Call hat rack though.

Welcome friend. This is how we do things:

http://www.killthecan.org/community/welcome.asp

In summary, you post "roll" which is a commitment to not use nicotine for the day. Why not post roll over in August. Alternatively, I am in chat right now. Come over and we can show you the ropes!

Introducing myself, I haven't been on here long enough to really see how you do things, but I guess I need to say I am hopelessly addicted to the wolf, dark green can, no not the pouches dammit!
Problem is I dumped out the last four pouches that I was working on from a can(among many cans) that I started finding under my vehicle seats 2 weeks ago when I started "quitting". I dumped them at about 6 pm Saturday, that puts me at about 72 hours. I feel really stupid but good, mouth is sore from chewing gum.
I am 37 years old dipped since 16 exept for once for about a year, another time for about two years, then I got married and started sneaking one every now and then, which became a can every other day for the last 8 years. Stupid.

I dumped those last 4 pouches in a creek so I wouldn't go back and dig for them. Threw away all my empties I could find so I couldn't make 100 empties into a dip.
