Yesterday....

I think the Beatles had a song about that.

Post up, be quit, be happy. Most likely this is yet another intro thread that I wasted my time on - prove me wrong brother! :P

You can lie to everyone else in the world bro but you can't lie to yourself. Same way you can't run away from your problems. I don't give a dam where you move to, the same ole problems will be right there with you once you get moved.

Do us all a favor. Grow a sack, put 2 balls in it, and then nut up and post roll and really quit! Talk is cheap and this IS life and death....no joke
The BEST day to quit was Yesterday, the second best day is TODAY!

Yet again...

All talk...
No balls...

Typical.
Sad.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

My name is Jack McDonald. I am 20 years old. Ive been dipping for 4-5 years. I felt a tiny hard bump on the inside of my lip and its scaring the hell out of me. I will get it checked. Im a fighter. I train Muy Thai. I want to be around with all my teeth to compete and do my best. Dip has been weighing on me for a while and I think KTC is really going to help me with this process. Ive tried to quit so many times but with no success. Im gonna get this over with...

This only works one way young bro...

Get involved.

This isn't facebook where the occasional status update is something to look forward to.

Nope.

This... for your foreseeable future... will be your every day touchstone and saving grace. You, my man, are an addict and you need to get ahead of it. You need to post roll in your Quit group like it's your job.

No. Better yet... like your life depends on it because... it does.

Do this, man. Own it. Be free.
What AJ said. We get a lot of young quitters in here and very few are serious about quitting. You have to want this more than anything. What are you going to do when that bump turns out to be nothing? Quit this shit NOW. While you are young. Don't be like me and wait till your 49. Too many regrets by then.

Alright Jack! You've taken the big step. Now post roll every day and reach out for help any time you need it. Some things I've learned in a just a few days:

-ANYONE on here will jump to help you stay quit
-WUPP: Wake Up, Piss, Post (roll that is)
-ODAAT: one day at a time, it's the only way to make it
-It WILL suck at times, but keep on the path, it is rewarding, even just 11 days in.

You got this, but in case you feel like you can't make it, we're here for/with you. You're a fighter, you'll make it!
God, Country, Notre Dame!
Hail to the Redskins!
