Great to see you posting Roll Call. It makes all the difference. I am closing out my Day 5 Quit. Day 3 was not good at all but I posted Roll Call and gutted my way through it. Embrace the Suck. If there's anything I can do to help let me know. We are a better Quit group because of you. Today I posted roll Call and today I am Quit with you. Peace

Hey, I've been browsing around here the past couple days but finally decided it was time to post after giving in yesterday afternoon and buying a can after going without one for a couple days. I took one chew for about 10 minutes, got pissed at myself, and threw the rest away, so I'm hoping actually talking on here will help me stay committed. I've been telling myself all day today is day one.

I've never posted on message boards before so I apologize if I fuck anything up or am doing it wrong, just let me know. I'm sure I'll be talking some more after I figure out how everything works. I'll do the roll call thing here in a bit.
the only way you can truly fuck up roll is by not being on it.

Congrats on your decision.

Welcome.

Haha I just saw my member number, that's awesome. I posted roll, think I did it right. I'll mess around in the chat and other stuff later on. The fog is no joke, I feel half retarded right now.

I'm here for you as well. Have been fighting the same battle for 16 days now. Posting roll has made the biggest difference for me. So you do it as well. And you have a pretty cool member number as well. Stay strong and I will be looking for your name on roll in the morning just ahead of mine. My commitment to you.

Find July 2011...post there...find a couple of other guys who you can exchange numbers with and be accountable to. Just a piece of advice...I drifted around in chat (upper right corner of page) for a couple of hours early on and found a couple of vets to be accounatble to as well. We will help you every step of the way, but you've got to make the commitment. You MUST post roll to make the promise every morning AND you must be man enough to keep your word. You do that, and you've got a brotherhood here that will fight with you through anything. PM me if you need me
