Are you ever going to post roll?
I'm with T-wort.... you EVER GOING TO POST ROLL? That's the price of admission if you REALLY want to be QUIT. No pussy-footing around with this one, young man. You want my support, you put your name on roll, with your number of days quit, making that promise that you won't be putting that crap in your lip. Then you honor that post by staying true to your word. You do that EVERY DAMN MORNING YOU WAKE UP. That is how you quit. Simple? Yes. Easy? Not on your life. But that's the process. You in, or you gonna sit on the sidelines?
I found this website just a few days ago, no idea what roll call is until today. I think I'm going to wait on that for right now. So far still chew free and going strong.
That's awesome you are still quit. I'm a shade on the confused side though. You came to a forum support site for support and don't wish to partake in the support system?

Please share your in sight in to this. I am intrigued. Maybe you found a new system within our system we are unaware of? **On a side note, this was said tongue in cheek.** I felt the vets heating up inside as I typed that. :P

At any rate, take care and stay quit man!
'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy' 'Crazy'

Sorry if that seems a little over the top, but I'm with Porkchop.

Why bother with KTC at all if you got this by yourself? Not judging, but to me, it's illogical.

Good luck with quitting your way. I mean that sincerely.

Mike - posting is scary. It is commitment to the plan here. The plan works. We areal addicts. Ktc can set you free. I'm quitting with you today. Join us. Post your promise. Keep your word.

What you are feeling now isn't the new you. A freedom from the chains of nicotine is shead, one day at a time. You can do this.

Not only is that the price of admission, but for support from most to. That is the bad part. It's not hard man. Shit or get off the pot one of the two. If you can do it alone, that is great. If not and you need help, come see us.

Not sure why I decided yesterday, but when I woke up in the Morning I had my first chew of the day as soon as I woke up (like I normally do). As I was spitting, I thought myself I'm sick of all this so I spit everything out and decided to quit...I was 3 cans getting closer to 4 every day. I'm dying, I want the cravings to go away. All I can think about is having another dip. When will this cravings ease up a bit? Will they ever???
Mike, congrats on the decision. The next few days and weeks will be rough. Take advantage of this web site, post roll every day, get to know your group. You will help each other quit and keep each other accountable. Exchange numbers with some members and give them a text or a call when you need to. Also drink water, exercise, use mints/gum/seeds to help you along. I even used fake dip. Do whatever you can to stay quit.

Thanks all! I know this has to be temporary, just hard to get through. I appreciate the kind and supportive words! I'll follow all these recommendations. It's so hard, but everyone here has done it and so can I! Thanks again!! :)
Hey Mike Congrats on the QUIT!!!

It is hard, but there is a ton of guys that are willing to help you through your quit.

I, myself, am on day 10. I am in the same quit group as you are. Swing over post roll, and once you do that, check out the your inbox in the upper right corner.

I will send ya my digits. feel free to reach out when you are craving. I can promise you that the symptoms get a little better everyday.
Wow, day ten...seems so long away for me lol. That is an accomplishment my friend, great job. I'll check for your number, thanks again! Hopefully we'll all get through this!
Don't hope Mike. Just do. Head over to October 2016 and post roll. The secret sauce? Post roll, keep your promise, repeat. One day at a time (ODAAT). Don't worry about day 10. Just get through today. Soon enough you'll have weeks and months under your belt. You can't get there except ODAAT.

Mike - now is the time to quit brother. Your addicted brain is going to be begging you to cave back in to the nicotine. It's going to be a battle, for a couple of weeks. Go now to the store and stock the fuck up on chewing gum (personal favorite is Orbit Bubblemint), sunflower seeds, toothpicks, hard candy. anything and everything to keep you from putting that poison back in your lip. No need in making this more of an ordeal than it already will be! QUIT today with you brother. take it one moment at a time. I'm 124 days quit today. and I have stretches of weeks where I never think about dipping. It will all be worth it in the end, I promise.
Thanks man! I'm appreciate the support. I'm ready to bang my head in the wall, but hopefully things will calm down soon (probably not). 124 days is awesome, congrats!

Wow Mike, 3 to 4 cans a day is equivalent to a carton of cigarettes! That alone should help you decide your quit! Go to the welcome center, learn how to post roll, find Oct 16 group. Posting roll is price to quit here, let us help. You see we're all addicts, just like you. I quit with you today!
Great decision to quit Mike! Drink lots of water, exercise til you drop. It will take around 3 days to wash the nicotine out of your system -- then healing starts.

As PAB said, join a quit group, post roll with them. For immediate support check out the CHAT.

Quit is hard to do, but with help you will succeed.
