Hello everyone, my name is Owen, you can find my page under owena1691. This is my first day of quitting and it sucks balls. I am doing this because I want to and to prove to my mother that I can. I plan on using Smokey Mountain as a nicotine fix and for the first three days i plan on doing whatever it takes. Inbox me if you have any other questions. See all of you on roll call tomorrow!
welcome and quit hard my friend...do this for you and you only kick the nic to the curb for good.

I need help with the cravings I have had in the past. They are so tempting to go and get a can and put one in. I need someones input on how to deal with these uncontrollable craving and how to deal with them. It is ten times worse when i am at work and find all the things i have to do to pick up behind the other shift.

Meant to add that without some answers don't expect much for support here. We need to know who we're supporting.

Joined in 2010, wrote a small intro in 2013, then another into now along with a roll post. Not sure if I'm wasting my time, because I fear this won't be read for another year or two, but we need to know what happened to you...have you ever quit? And if you did and cave, what happened and why did you cave? Most importantly, What are you going to do differently (I'm hoping being more active is part of your plan). Because we take quitting seriously here, you need to respond seriously. Clearly being flaky and coming to this site every once in a while isn't working.

I like how this intro is named, "my quit story."

I read it.

Let's just say it's not War and Peace.
Don't spoil the ending, I'm saving it to finish tonight.

Whoa now, you joined 4 years ago, posted a couple of dates in August 2013 with no roll, and now are back? What was the story in 2013?

Hello everyone my name is Owen. I have dipped Grizzly Wintergreen for 8 to 10 years. I am a survivor of childhood cancers and tumors. I am doing this for myself and not for my family and not for my girlfriend.
