You have to get the nic out of your system! Give up the gum...chewing and "parking" will only lead to wanting to dip. You have the mindset to want to quit so how about cutting back all the way. What does the gum do? It gives a little nicotine...but you do not want any nicotine, get rid of it and live through hell for the few days to get it out of your body...cold turkey!

Starting dipping in the Air Force when I was 18. I have two little kids now and need to be around for them, especially since one has special needs. I'm using nicotine gum, which certainly helped the first day. I'm also posting my success daily on Twitter at @ciofornpo.
