Great decision! Now get in and post roll. I looked and didn't notice your name there. That is the most important thing you can do right now. It is your commitment to stay quit today! Use herbal, fireballs, or whatever you need to kick the NIC B to the curb. You can do this.
It wasn't there because he still only has that one intro post. Show us your serious!!!

Welcome brother. Congrats on a great decision. Seeing as you're a truckie try not to fuck anything up too bad on here. Haha. Proud to quit with you today. If you need some #s shoot me a message. I'm always glad to help a brother quit, especially when it's a brother fireman. Stay quit, stay low

Bad ass intro! Congratulations on making several great decisions... Quitting and joining ktc.

Here we quit one day at a time. We don't focus on the 20+ years of fuck up, we don't think about tomorrow, we only focus on today. Oneday at a time we post our promise by putting our name down on the roll call. If you are a man of your word, once your name is on that list and you've promised yourself and a whole bunch of other peeps that are fighting the exact same fight you are... You will keep your word. It is critical to post early - first thing.

No one ever regrets quitting. You are in the right place. And you will succeed.

Hey folks, my name is Jason and I have made the decision to quit dipping yesterday. I dumped my last can of Copenhagen down the drain and will not go back. I am using Smoky Mountain Herbal snuff to assist with urges. I'm also using the atomic fireballs. I know it's going to be tough, but I'm sick of this stuff controlling my life. Day 2 starts now and I'm kicking it off with a morning run.
Awesome decision truckie!

We have a 100% success rate for those that follow the program here. It is a 3 step process....

1. post roll- That is you promise to all of us that you will not use nicotine for today. We quit just today.

2. Honor that promise. That promise that you made... it is sacred to us- and it needs to be sacred to you... you can keep a promise for 24 hours, can't you?

3. Wake up tomorrow and start at step 1.

Read the welcome center to learn how to post roll.

your quit group is december 2014 found under the "quit groups" section.

Welcome,

Holler if you need anything
