Welcome! Grizzly is right. Many here are like just like you. We are addicts that have learned from experience just how persistent this addiction is. I quit after using for 19 or 20 years. I couldn't have done it without this place and the folks I've met here. Noticed I said "MET". Every person here is real. I was hesitant at first because the idea of giving my number to a bunch of internet ninjas seemed odd. But, the system here works. Drink the kool-aid, bro.

Hey guys. New to the site here. I have dipped for over 12 years a can a day. Have tried damn near everything to quit. Except a support group. Have read alot on this site as a visitor for a while now. Figured it was time for me to quit sidelining, lay the can down and quit. I have many reasons to quit. My health, my quality of life, my family, to save money, because I don't want to get cancer or have my face taken off, etc... Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Its not gonna be easy but Hell nothing in life worth doing is ever easy.

I am in the same boat as you...It is only day 2 for me but I can already tell that having some good people to be accountable to makes a difference.

Make sure you get on here and read or post when you get pissed off...someone will be right there to give you advice, share some experience, or just to calm you down...(I already had this happen yesterda)
