Nolan glad to have you on board bud. I was never able to make it on my own either. With the help of KTC and some of the folks here I've put together 40 solid days of quit. All one day at a time. It's pretty simple and, when approached earnestly, really works. In the morning I get up, post roll with my promise not to stuff my face with cancerous weed and read some stuff on here. During the day I spend a little time communicating with some truly helpful and awesome brothers via text and phone calls. I try to help others where I can. Looking forward to seeing you posting in December. If you need anything PM me.

Peace

Way to go Man! You made a great decision, a life changer. Hang tough because it will get a bit dicey when the fog set in. It does go away although I didn't feel like it would.

Post roll, read and get digits to text or call people.

Welcome my friend.

I quit with you today..............
Keep the Faith!!

Nolo,

Good job on 2days!!! keep it up. I will pm you my contact info. My first couple of days was pretty smooth as well. it was the last part of the first week that me like hell. When the craves hit you will need help. Don't hesitate to reach out. I'm sure the stomach issues have a little to do with both the dip and the energy drinks. More so the energy drink I bet.

Keep up the good work, replace your habit with whatever it takes, seeds, gum herbal chew, whatever!!!!

I'm Nolan, I'm 25 and have been dipping for 5 years. I've tried to stop a few times before but never made it past a day. Now it's been over 48 and its really not bothering me too bad. I still have cravings, but they aren't as bad as I thought they would be. Along with quitting dipping, I quit drinking energy drinks. I was drinking about 4 16 oz cans a day and I'm at 48 hours without one of those as well. My stomach has been bothering me since quitting, but idk if that is a withdrawal symptom, or just a coincidental stomach bug. But so far so good.
Your making a great decision. Get up to the welcome center and read all ou can bro. And go post roll. Roll is our promise not to use in any form all day for any reason. We are a brotherhood and as such we keep our word to one another after posting roll. You will be in the December quit group. Go post roll, I will quit with you, right alongside you every day, one day at a time! Erussell -136-

CONGRATS on your 48. My stomach went crazy the first 7 days of my quit. I thought I had a bug also, but i am pretty sure it was part of the withdraw. Good Luck and pm me if you need anything.
