Thanks for the welcome Dagranger! I think you are spot on with posting and that it adds "personal accountability." I have posted roll three days now and I honestly believe that it helps me maintain focus for the next 24 hours, and definitely gives me something else to focus on and look forward to the following morning.

I see you have gotten into the habit of posting roll. That IS a habit to have going forward. Sounds weird but by posting roll here everyday, and by getting involved with other quitters it adds accountability.....something we all can use to get through the dog days of quitting. Good luck bud, quitting is one of the best decisions I ever made, hope it will be for you as well.

Hi All,

Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to the site and let everyone know that I have quit for good! No excuses! My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's... 10 plus years a slave to the can...Etc Etc... I'm on day five of my quit, and it feels awesome! I own this quit!
