my piece of advice for the day

Celebrate the wins they are important but more importantly pay attention to the devil on your shoulder she will
dig her claws back into you at the first chance.

Thank you all for welcoming me! I traded digits with a few folks already yesterday! Gonna keep keeping one day at a time.
Way to go! Remember, it's One Day at a Time! Just make your promise for the day and don't break it. You can do anything for a day. We are all here with you and ALL OF US have been right where you are now and know exactly what you're going through. Pound water and get lots of exercise. I put cinnamon altoids in my upper lip for two flippin months just to get through it.
Just one is right back to where you were and where you were was desperately wishing you were where you are now.- Via Flip

Welcome to the best decision you've ever made! Like you I'm new here only a few weeks ahead of you. I posted day 34 today. Never ever in my wildest dreams did I think I could make it this far. If you fully buy in to the KTC way you my friend will be amazed at what you can accomplish with all these great guys and gals at your back. My advice read, read, read, read, and read some more. Listen to these stories from the Vets, learn from others every chance you can. My number is just a PM away if you need it for support.

Great job posting roll and making that promise. We make that promise first thing in the morning every day. Welcome to the best decision life saving
decision. Read up and drink the KTC Kool aid. This place works Timetoquitcope, but you need to invest in your quit as well. ROLL POST IS THE KEY TO QUIT
Congrats and proud to quit with you.

Welcome. You've made the right decision, and have found the right place.

Yes, you are a member of the March group. Nice job posting roll. The only way to screw up roll is by not posting roll. You posted roll, and you are golden for today. Do the same thing tomorrow, early in the day. Make your promise, and take using tobacco or nicotine in any form off the table.

Get to know your fellow quitters in March, and elsewhere on the site. Swap digits with a few, so you can reach out in an emergency, and be available to others for their emergency. We take quitting very seriously around here, and the site only works if we all have each other's backs. My digits are just a personal message away. PMs can be sent and found at the upper right hand corner of the page.

Quitting here is very simple - post your promise each day, first thing, keep your promise, and reach out when you need to. Refuse to cave. That's not to say quitting is easy. It's one of the hardest things you'll ever do, at least at first. You need to be totally committed to it. But the method used here works if you buy in to it.

Proud to be quit with you today!

This is my first day here. I found you guys through google. I had my last dip last night. I think I'm part of the March group and will try posting roll soon. I'm very excited to stop dipping. I've been dipping since I was 17 and am now 35. Now is the time to quit and I'm gonna do this.

Thanks
