A few hours ago I got the insane idea that maybe I could actually quit this time.
Get your mindset right and you can do this. It's not insane at all. It's the only logical decision, and this place is the only logical answer. You've quit, now stay that way. Heck, you've got chewie in your corner. It don't get any better than that. Prepare yourself for a battle, burn your boat, and you'll be at 100 days before you know it. Glad to be quit with you.

Well,
My name is Joe,
I'm 52 and I've been chewing Copenhagen since I was 15.
I chew a can a day.
A few hours ago I got the insane idea that maybe I could actually quit this time.
I came across this site, and here I am...chew free for about 3 hours.
You ABSOLUTELY can quit. And you're in the #1 best place on the web to do it.

Settle in and get as comfortable as your withdrawal soaked mind can. I won't lie to you and tell you its easy, but I will tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's totally worth it.

Head over to August 2011 (your home group - index.php?showtopic=4651) and introduce yourself there as well.

Welcome aboard!
