congratulations on making the decision to be Quit. I saw you posting roll with the group and had to come check out your story. I too have the whole anxiety thing going on, it is slowly getting better but that could be cause the holidays are finally over. You're past the hard part now it's about maintaining your Quit. Do that by posting Roll everyday and holding yourself and your Quit brothers accountable. Your roll post is your promise to us and yourself that you will be nic free for that day.. One Day At A Time.

get to know us, send some pms for phone numbers, I'll gladly send you mine...actually think I did already.

Hey I am Stephen B and I am in day 22 of my quit, I posted my first Roll Call yesterday. This has been a habit of mine for over 25 yrs and I HAD a can to a can and a half a day habit. I tried this once before using the nicotine gum but found that was just a crutch and quickly went back to chewing. my biggest issue on day 22 is the anxiety and concentration. I hope this goes away soon!!! don't worry I will not chew again, I have not come this far to turn back. I guess my brain is just looking for other things to do now that it doesn't have this Drug. I have a prescription for the anxiety but am not sure I want to go down that road, if I can feel confident these feelings will eventually fade.

Anyway enough rambling, thanks for putting up a site that has so much good info, I will do my best to keep my daily roll calls going. I WILL NOT USE TOBACCO AGAIN
