First, this site s based on making a daily promise to quit for one day. Then the next day make another promise. You do this by posting roll. Directions to do this can be found by clicking the "community" link up above, then the "welcome center" link the "how to post roll" link. You'll be in the May 2015. Quit grou. Second quitting is a battle between your addict self, and the part of you that is sick and tired of playing Pavlov's dog every time your addict self tells you to put a weed in your mouth. Your addict self will come up with all kinds of reasons you should cave. Some may make a whole lot of sense. You need to see these reasons as what they are, addict bullshit. We all know one way of quitting here, manning up and facing our daily cravings without backing down. You can do this, but it all starts with posting roll. Good luck.
What they said ^^^^^^^

And... How much time did you spend chewing??
Use that much time quiting here on KTC.
Don't post and bolt.. Get involved. Post roll as soon as you come back.
I believe.....

Kick ass. Join the Misfits of May group and post roll every damn day. You can do this, and we have your back. PM me or any of the group for phone numbers so you always have someone to talk you down or build you up through the challenges to come. Congrats on your quit brother. Don't let us down.
