What I mean by helping with the pain is that it kept my mind off the pain. :)
A month of quitting by yourself is really bad ass. You've proven a commitment to end your relationship with death through tobacco. Now that you've found KTC and you can take your quit to the next level. You can build a web of support here to help yourself stay quit. You can also help others stay quit. Being involved here is up to you.

I quit with you today! B)B
It might keep your mind off the pain but it damn sure can add a helluva lot more! Hey soilder get this done! Thanks! Quit on! ODAAT! EDD!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Tell it to fuck off.

Seriously, thank you for your service.

If you've been clean a month, which is very bad ass, you're in the August quit group. Go there and post roll. That's the key to staying quit - posting roll every day.

Stay quit.
You CANNOT change the past, today.
You CANNOT change tomorrow, today.

The ONLY thing you control is TODAY.

It does you no good and is a waste of energy that can be better spent today.
Dip doesn't help pain. Dip helps take away withdrawal of not having nicotine.

I know it seems weird, I promise it is true. One day at a time it will become clear.

Moe - Go to the Welcome Center, there are directions for posting roll. When you post roll, go to the last page for that group, which for August is about 312 right now.

The only way to screw up roll is by not being on roll. Preferably as soon as you wake up - WUPP. Wake Up, Piss, Post.

There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.

It keeps calling me
« on: June 05, 2016, 07:03:00 PM »
Hi guys.... I'm an Army veteran. Started dipping copenhagen 20 years ago. The past 10 years I've been dipping Grizzly. Its been a month now since I decided enough was enough. I've tried to stop before but like on other threads I have read it lasted at least six months.

I've had a lot of injuries mainly two torn quads on both knees. One just recently in 2014. My first quad tear was in 2001. Dipping has helped to Cope with the pain.

I've just recently decided that I am going to quit this nasty ass habit once and for all.My two kids depend on me to stick around for the long run.

It has been hell so far with anxiety and all but I will soldier through.

God speed to all in the journey to quit
