Mad props for service but you will not get a free pass on posting roll, learning the tools to build your quit defense and getting involved in protecting your quit. Drink the KTC-Kool-Aid and tell the nic bitch to pound sand.

We do this every damn day !!!!

Welcome aboard AV. Nice to have you in the midst of this nuthouse. I just wanted to tell you a little about roll call and why we do it, so that you can get started on your quit. Roll is your daily promise to yourself and all of your new brothers and sisters that you will not use tobacco in any form that day. You will post your name and the number of days you are quit each day in the April, 2014 quit group. Each and every day you will post your promise. No exceptions. That is the price of admission to KTC. Nothing more and nothing less. If your electricity quits working, your internet provider goes bankrupt or you are on vacation and will not have internet access, call or text a quit brother and tell the brother to post for you. Simple and easyÂ…and therefore, no reason for not posting roll. The reason you are put in April is that will be the month that you will celebrate being 100 days free of nicotineÂ…your Hall of Fame date. Congratulations on making the best decision of your life.

Now that you know the basics, it is time to read all you can on this site. Go to the welcome center and that will get you started. Post roll and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Lets get your quit started today. Wayne

  • Interests: I am a huge cyclist and hobbyist, in fact I own my own bicycle company called KindHuman. We are devoted to giving back to the sport of cycling by supporting youth athletes who are making a difference in their communities through the bike. I have an amazing, loving wife who happens to be a dentist (no wonder I'm here, right?) we've been married almost one year. We have a great Rhodesian Ridgeback pup named Hutchinson who I firmly believe if everyone had a clown of him - would end wars. He's amazing.I'm here to quit. I made a promise not only to my wife but to myself and with your help I am going to make this happen.

My quick story
« on: January 17, 2014, 01:17:00 AM »
So I started dipping 2 years ago and I'm now 35. I have been in a wheelchair for a few years after suffering an injury during a deployment to Afghanistan. I couldn't go outside to smoke so chew was an option. I started on skoal pouches and swore Long cut was the plague. What did I do ??, started chewing long cut and 3-5 cans a day. Anyways I came down with the flu 5 days ago and I was running a super high temp. The thought of chew is repulsive to me even now that I am feeling better. Sucks it took me getting massively sick to kick it but tomorrow is day 5 and I'm ok. Thanks for listening.
